  The Drum Beat of Markups and Margins - this presentation is designed engage the audience in learning exercises that will have them comfortable with the differences and confident in their ability to apply them profitably to their business model.  Longer break out and workshop events allow time for individual attention to specific issues and opportunities.

  The Drum Beat of Cash - 7 ways to improve the free cash flow in your business model.  Additional free cash allows businesses to implement changes faster, and to grow debt free.  This is a presentation which can be delivered in 20 minutes up to an hour, supported by handouts and a book. 

  The Drum Beat of Breaking Even - this presentation is designed to educate the majority of business owners who can not and do not demonstrate their working knowledge of how to determine their break-even.  Break even formula and the business acumen behind the process are presented.  Participants are engaged in several models and understand the value of each for their unique business decision making.  

  The Drum Beat of Dashboard and Metrics 
- it has long been said you can only manage what you can measure.  Knowing what to measure is one of the biggest challenges and then being accountable for it is the next.  The Drum Beat of Ratios address the what to measure and now the accountability part is addressed in this workshop.  Each participant is given a working model tool that can be customized to their business model.  Time is spent in understanding the value of the process of accountability.  Both financial and non-financial metrics are examined.

  The Belief System Drum Beat - this event will provide you with the answer every manager has sought for eons.  How do I get that extra measure of effort from every person all the time.  Developed from the book of the same name, The Belief System details how it impact individual commitments and actions.  Reading the book provided with the event, is a prerequisite.  Participants will come with their unique questions and leave with a customized action plan to begin the road to immediate impact with lasting results.

  The Drum Beat of Customers - how to choose the right ones and fire the rest.  Which are the right ones?  You will learn how to decided and how to keep your finger on the pulse of your business drum beat to know when to take action.  A simple matrix will be developed that will be as powerful as many data base business intelligence solutions.  Participants leave with a sense of accomplishment and a feeling of being in control.

  The Drum Beat of Servant Leadership - This presentation presents hard evidence that the servant led company out performs its peers, is generally more profitable and always a lot less trouble.  What more could any owner ask for in a model to adopt for success?  The idea of servant leadership will be explained and discussed in an interactive dialog around several reading assignments.

Sink our Ship is a retreat workshop that is the culmination of the Whole Business Thinking process.  All stakeholders are surveyed and marketing data is gather to jointly address the remaining unresolved challenges facing the business.
