Well-intentioned teams come together to plan for success.  Sometimes they get the planed results.  More often they do not.  Why does this happen? The underlying system blockages are not identified and corrected.  This is the aim of Sakred Cow: to identify and facilitate correction of systemic blockages to organizational effectiveness and success.
