The REAL ESTATE Alternative Board

The REAL ESTATE Alternative Board - is a team of professionals with decades of banking, financial and real estate experience, who's role is to assist the bank with finding a solution to the trouble real estate assets being held by the bank. All this done with a complete and current understanding of the regulator environment and its changing complexion.

Our approach:
We meet with the bank's leadership to review the real estate portfolio and focus on the trouble assets issues. We then examine the record of each transaction and define a plan of action to resuscitate the value or reduce the risk for the bank. We are engaged by the bank in an attorney client relationship. We present this plan to the bank's risk and management team in such a way as it remains a non disclosure event due to client attorney privilege. We provide a risk analysis based on likelihood of occurrence, and sustainable risk to the bank. If the action plan is approved we work within the frame work of the regulator authority to rehabilitate or eliminate the risk in accordance with current policy.
