This workshop is designed to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels to examine their personal code of ethics, familiarize them with the companies policies and procedures while gaining an understanding the applicable law as it applies to the workplace.

The material can be used in presentation format, however it is designed to evoke interpersonal responses from participants while engaged in open and sincere dialog.

If your company has a contract or is subcontracted to a prime or sub contractor who has a contract with the government you and your company may be required to provide ethics training for your employees. Each circumstance is different but you may have as little as 30 days to implement and a few as 90 days to complete this training. The FCA and other laws and regulations apply for details contact us. There are three parts to this program
   Part 1 - is reading assignments to be done by participants prior to the workshop*

   Part 2 - is an essay to be completed by the participants prior to the workshop / maybe substitute by a drawing exercise - time dependent, or other ice break or engagement games.

   Part 3 - is the workshop -

You may purchase this complete program ready for your company to run your own Ethics compliance program for just $595.00 plus shipping and handling of $30.  Or you may engage us to facility your unique needs program. On site facilitation is a minimum 1/2 engagement.

We accept payment by Pay-Pal only for materials. Workshops are 1/2 down to hold the date with balance due upon delivery.

We offer a full day (or two day retreat) workshop with company leadership developing a ethical policy and procedure program that will meet your unique needs and remain in compliance.
